I lead the Commercial and Marketing Directorate at CIPD. My teams drive crucial parts of our strategy and direction in key areas including our international operations and growing our international footprint and, our sales and marketing functions - delivering value to and enhancing our engagement with our customers. I am passionate about CIPD's mission and the positive impact it delivers to employer organisations and the professionals dedicated to facilitating better work. As part of the leadership team I am focused on delivering our strategy and our ambitions for growth, extending the CIPD's trusted brand internationally and in so doing championing better work and working lives.
