Brad Taylor

Brad is a professionally qualified senior HR professional with over 30 years of experience in the finance and professional association sectors. His focus is on people strategy, organisational development, culture, change programmes, employee engagement and workplace transformation. Brad leads AWA's Advanced Workplace Institute, a transatlantic members community for progressive leaders that aspire to change the world of work. He also helps organisations develop engaging workplace experiences and their transformation to hybrid working. Previously, Brad held People & Workplace Director roles at the CIPD and CIMA, and HR roles at Barclays Plc. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a postgraduate diploma in personnel management.
