Jonny Gifford

Jonny is a seasoned applied researcher in people management, organisations and HR. He leads the CIPD's work to develop an evidence-based profession, including through evidence reviews on key HR topics, and CIPD's knowledge exchange with academic research. He is an Academic Member of CIPD and a Fellow of CEBMa.
