Molly Wysocki-Douglas

As the previous Outstanding Apprentice Award winner, Molly's breadth of work includes staff development, health and wellbeing and ED&I. An Organisation Development Advisor within the NHS, Molly also works as a Mental Health First Aider, championing a safe and inclusive work environment for all.
