Dr Paul Joseph-Richard is a Chartered Psychologist of the British Psychological Society and a Senior Lecturer in HRM at Ulster University Business School and is passionate about teaching and researching HR. He is particularly committed to developing strategies for fostering inclusivity in leadership teams and organisations.
